What are the min and max salaries in pay level 13?

I have been in the grade pay level RS.8700. As per pay Matrix table 13 and drawing 7+2 I.e.9 increments ( pay commission 5) my basic pension should have been either 155900/2 or 147000/2. That is ₹.77950/-Max. Or ₹.73500/_ Instead now I am getting a basic pension of ₹.67250/-
The reason is that I am taken through 6th pay commission wherein all the 9 increments vanished and I am given a minimum basic only. But the 7th pay commission clearly stated in the pay Matrix corresponding to the stage in which the 5 th pay commission stage which I am denied. There may be many others who were denied this.
